ASAPI downtime

The ASAPI service is currently down for an upgrade.

Service is expected to be restored by this Monday, 3/31.

The ASAPI endpoint will change, and user accounts will need to be
re-created.

The ASAPI itself will not change.

An e-mail will be sent out once things are up and running again with
connection instructions.
