gtf file format

Hi, I am using a typical ucsc gtf file downloaded from the ucsc genome browser, btw getting an error for invalid file format in gtf file looked at the test file, my file looks ok.Pls see below

Hi,

Can you give me more details please. What was your gtf file and what was your alignment file. If possible, send me a small test file so I can look into it
