I read your question but I don't understand what is your problem.
Is there a flash/flex issue or a AS3OpenNi issue ?

When you say video & image, do you mean external files or data from the camera ?

I mean external files and not data from the camera. AMB told me that
the only way to include them in a project is to make the embed the
image or video. I want to know if AMB has the idea to change this
things in a next release or if he or someone else know a method to
bypass this. I hope I have explained a little better this time. =)
