Thanks for putting the demo and source up but I can't get it to work.
Whenever I publish the fla file I get this error on the
URLLoaderBase.as: 1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time
constant: DynamicURLLoader.

Ok I realized that I needed to add the coreLib packets (http://
code.google.com/p/as3corelib/) but it is still is not working for me.
Compiles fine but then it just loads forever when you run it online.

sweet. got it working. Does it need to run through a Javascript
wrapper online?
