ERROR! 1172: Definition com.adobe.serialization:json could not be found.

When I try to run my application in Flash CS5 it displays and error:
"1172: Definition com.adobe.serialization:json could not be found."
Although I tried importing the library to my project in many ways
(both globally and for the local fla file) it just doesn't work. The
strange thing is that the Flash CS5 IDE detects the the
com.adobe.serialization.json when I import it into actions, it's
actually offering code completion.
I really don't know what's going on.
