Inclusion of EncryptionKeyGenerator in supplied download

Hi everybody,
I have a question regarding the "as3corelib-.92.1.zip".
Apparently, as of now, the EncryptionKeyGenerator is not part of this
(.92.1) release. So my question is, are you looking into supplying a
new package in the foreseeable future, including the
EncryptionKeyGenerator?
This is also mentioned in the following bug:

It generates a kind of uncertainty, not being included in it. Will it
be removed from the source entirely, or is this just an old package?
