Just wondering, are other content classes beside basic supported with
as3-amqp? If not is there a roadmap planned for their implementation?

Thanks,

No, those classes are dropped in newer versions of the protocol, so
they won't be implemented.

Do you have a use case where you think they may be of relevance?

Hi Ben,
I guess I'll have to read up on the latest spec. I'm stil early on in
my experiments with AMQP and RabbitMQ so I started with the 0.8 spec,
but I thought I would be able to hack an RTMP adapter for RabbitMQ to
create a flash version of the camstream demo using erlyvideo
http://code.google.com/p/erlyvideo/ as a starting point.

Currently, I'm working on a gaming server. Ideally I'd like to have
support for voice chat, and down the road video and file transmission
for realtime collaboration. I thought AMQP/RabbitMQ would be the
right way to go in terms of supporting this functionality while
maintaining scalability and the potential for live updates with
Erlang.
