ACTION ALERT: Residential Needs Survey The Arizona Department of Housing will be providing monthly rental assistance to persons with developmental disabilities who are Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS) eligible or households that include a person or persons with developmental disabilities who are ALTCS eligible.   ADOH is seeking assistance from DDD members to design the right type of housing in the right locations. Members/families are to complete only one survey. Deadline to complete the survey is August 21, 2015. Take the survey now.
