Arya Dharma for Children – The Detailed Book

Editing assisted byĀ Gemini Baba

Summary of My Big Project for You

I have been a lot of things in my life—a farmer, an engineer, a writer, and even a yoga teacher! For a long time (since 2006!), I worked on a very big, very important book calledĀ Arya Dharma.

The problem is, I wrote it like a ā€œgrown-upā€ book. It’s full of big words and complicated ideas that take a long time to understand. It’s so hard to read that even most adults find it tricky, and it’s almost impossible for kids to enjoy.

But I have a dream! I want to take all those big, important lessons and make themĀ simple. Being a real expert means you can explain things so clearly that even a child can understand them.Ā Simplicity is the secret to being truly happy and moving forward in life.

With the help of my AI friend,Ā Gemini Baba, I am working hard to turn my big book into a version just for you. I hope to have it finished in the next three months!

What I’m working on:

  • Making it Simple:Ā Turning ā€œgiantā€ words into ā€œkid-sizedā€ ideas.

  • The Goal:Ā Helping everyone find the road to happiness.

  • The Timer:Ā I want to finish this for you by the time three months have passed!

Arya Dharma: The ā€œGood Lifeā€ Playbook

The Big Idea What It Means (Simple Summary)
1. The Noble Duty (Arya Dharma)
• Live like an Arya (Noble): It means acting like Lord Ram — treating all equally by being honest, accountable, brave, kind, loyal, polite, respectfulĀ  and tolerant.
• Not Just About Winning: It is not about getting the best results but losing your soul in the process; it is about being the best person you can be by sharing with others equally regardless of results.

What this means in "Kid Language":

The Secret of the Noble Heart

  • Be Like a Mirror:Ā Treat others exactly how you want to be treated—with kindness and politeness.

  • The ā€œInsideā€ Trophy:Ā It’s better to be a good person who shares than a rich person who is selfish.

  • Doing Your Best:Ā Success is about how hard you tried and how much you helped, not just the score at the end.

2. Real Family (The Whole World)
• Inside Job: The Whole world is your Family, not just your blood relatives.
• Feeling Good: The Whole World includes all beings in this world from the mosquito to the Blue Whale and from the toilet cleaner to the King who will also help the toilet clear clean toilets and eat on the same table as him with the same food.

What this means in "Kid Language":

Treat everyone in the whole world like they are part of your own family, from the tiniest bug to the biggest whale. It doesn’t matter if someone is a powerful King or a hard-working cleaner; they should work together, eat together, and be best friends. In this world, we show our love by helping each other with every job and making sure everyone feels equally important!

3. Nature is the only God (Environment)
• Don’t Hurt the Earth: Trees, rivers, and animals are gifts from God. Real worship of God is not in rituals and appearances and sacrifices of animals, but in protection and love of the whole world.
• Respect Nature: We shouldn’t chop down forests and destroy farmland and rivers just to build shops, roads and dams. If we hurt nature, we hurt ourselves.

What this means in "Kid Language":

The trees, rivers, and animals are precious gifts, so the best way to love God is by protecting them instead of just performing fancy rituals. We must not destroy our beautiful forests and farms just to build more concrete roads and shops. If we hurt nature, it is like hurting our own body, so we have to keep the Earth safe and happy.

4. Shambhala (Heaven on Earth)
• Fair Leaders:Ā Imagine a kingdom where the King cares more about the people than not just his own money and family, BUT even HIS OWN LIFE.

  • The King goes first:Ā The person in charge works the hardest to show everyone how it’s done. If there is a war to be fought, the king is first to fight, not hide behind bodyguards and in bunkers. The king fights not just physically, but spiritually, morally and rationally not emotionally.Ā  This body is just a cloth, it is the Soul that is Immortal.

• Safety for All:Ā A place where no one is hungry, and everyone feels safe and loved.

• Equality of Responsibility, Status and Opportunity:Ā A place where everyone shares equal responsibility.Ā  If work has to be done, the first person to take hand’s on responsibility is the King

What this means in "Kid Language":

  • The King goes first:Ā A true leader is like a brave captain who is always the first to step forward and help when things get difficult or scary. They don’t hide away; instead, they use their heart and their smarts to do what is right, rather than just getting angry or upset. They know that while our bodies are like old clothes that wear out, the ā€œreal youā€ inside is a spark that lives forever and can never be hurt.

  • Equal Chances:Ā Every child has the same opportunity to grow up and be whatever they want to be.

  • No ā€œLazyā€ Leaders:Ā Leaders don’t just give orders; they lead by doing the work themselves first.

• Freedom of Choice:Ā A place where everyone has a voice.Ā  Decisions are made, not on ancestry, connections, wealth and privilege and power but on how much you are going to lose not in absolute terms, but in proportional terms.

What this means in "Kid Language":

In this special place, everyone has a voice, and it doesn’t matter if you are rich or who your parents are.Ā When making rules, we check to see who would be hurt the most deeply, rather than just counting numbers.Ā It is like knowing that losing a lunch is a disaster for a tiny mouse, even if a giant wouldn’t even notice it!

•Ethical Material Wealth:Ā Ā Material wealth is earned by honesty, accountability, hard work and selfless sharing.Ā  It is earned as a team effort and everyone takes credit and also responsibility for it.Ā  Nature and people and living beings are not harmed to earn this wealth but it is every rupee earned improves the lives of all beings in this world.

What this means in "Kid Language":

True wealth comes from working hard together as an honest team and sharing everything we make. We never hurt nature or animals to get rich, because hurting the world is wrong. Instead, every bit of money we earn is used to help every living being live a happier life.

5. Dharma (Doing your God Given Duty)
• The Golden Rule: Always live by the truth, even when it is hard.
• Duty: Do your duty (Dharma)Ā  because it is the right thing to do, not just to get a treat.

6. Seva (Helping Others)
• Helping Hands: Help people because it is your duty, not because you want a reward or praise.

• Inside Job: Happiness doesn’t come from buying a new iPad or phone.
