Can I build a commercial app on top of Arxiv metadata?

Hi,

I'm building an app that uses Arxiv data (title, authors, abstract, pubdate etc fetched using the API). From the License page (https://arxiv.org/help/license), I see that metadata is provided under Creative Commons Public Domain license.

- Does that mean it is legal to build a commercial app that uses only the metadata?

- Where can I see the list of fields that qualify as metadata?
