Hi!
How do I make a search query for the authors with the UTF-8 symbols in
their names?
For example: Kovács (from http://arxiv.org/abs/1105.5336)
Doing just a standard urlencoding:
http://export.arxiv.org/api/query?search_query=au:Kov%C3%A1cs
does not return anything.
At the same time simply
http://export.arxiv.org/api/query?search_query=au:Kovacs
works correctly.
For a generic symbol it could be hard to guess what should be the
replacement.
Could you advice something?
