Bug report: entry missing `title` element

Hello!

A user raised an issue with my wrapper library that I believe reveals an API bug.

The issue concerns an entry corresponding to this paper, which has the title `0` according to arXiv's web interface: https://arxiv.org/abs/2104.12255v1

Atom entries describing that paper omit the `title` field altogether: http://export.arxiv.org/api/query?id_list=2104.12255v1

I take this to be a bug because the User Manual doesn't indicate that the title field is optional ("if present") and because there's a title in the web UI; it seems like maybe zero-values are omitted from Atom entries.

Can I safely assume every arXiv entry without a title field actually has the title `0`?

I realize the main focus is probably on developing a JSON API, but this'd help me avoid a less specific patch (defaulting the title to the entry ID or introducing an empty state).
