no, there is no api call for that.
there are only 210 papers with ancillary data out of > 650k papers, so
this concerns a very small fraction of papers in arxiv

Thank you very much for the list of papers with ancillary files. If you have time I'd appreciate if you could add an automatically-updated page at the arxiv containing this list, because I'm going to post a paper soon with ancillary files, obsoleting the list you kindly provided just now:p
I also think more exposure of the ancilary file system would be great. I believe there are many researchers with lots of data/programs they are willing to share, without knowing that they can post them easily on the preprint server.
