called arvind guys yesterday for the next installment which is due by this month end.
Good news is that you don't have to pay for the next 2-3 months so now you know the very bad news which comes with it.

Hi,

Since your post nothing has happened. Their project updates just show superficial excavation. That too, many boulders are visible, indicating the possibility of hard rocks beneath. With this pace, I doubt if they could even complete the excavation by august unless they go for blasting. But here they may require additional approvals and presumably they have held up the machine excavation and could be waiting for approvals from govt. authorities, probably from Controller of explosives.

All are my wild guess. Any one visited the site and have right information may please update.

I did visit the site yesterday, yeah there is a better progress, because of
the rock it is taking more time to dig than usual, once complete digging is
done ( which mostly looks 90% done now), the work would get speeden up I
believe.

I have message from Sporcia management that they have awarded the Civil works to "Imperial Construction".

They expect the basement to be completed by end July 2015.
