Hi All,
i have 2BHK 1088sft on 8th F and it is N-E facing. i have done modification in kitchen to make it open style.
booked it for leaving purpose but now i am thinking to buy 3BHK.
price we can work out based on prevailing market rate.
I found builder very reasonable in customer satisfaction point of view and their construction on time now.beginning there was some delay due
to delay in approval process ( our typical bureaucracy hurdle and red tap-ism ). other than this i found Arvind group reliable.
let me know if anyone interested.
