Dear All,

Was wondering if everone got their agreement executed... Also I enquired with builder yesterday regarding the latest status of constrution and here is what they replied .. This is Just FYI.

"About construction status for Arvind Sporcia, I would like to inform you that the contractor has already been finalized and it has started mobilizing its team at the site. The construction work will soon start in full swing.

The basement slab will be completed in the month of July, 15."

Hi all,

Who is the construction contractor? Is the same contractor started the excavation work?

Why there a delay in the excavation? Is it due to hard soil / rock or are they changing the contractor?

I understand there were some issues with some other leading builders who got cheated by contractors. Appreciate if one of you can find out the above details.
