Three(2.5) BHK for sale

hi friends,
I am posting my unit for sale.
It is a 2.5 bhk unit of dimension 1331 sqft.
The unit is on 11 floor in b block. North east (more north) facing entrance.
The floor plan has been revised to convert the study to a seperately room and the master bedroom shifted to give wonderful lake view. We have taken lot of interest to craft this unit. Unfortunately have to let go.
My expectation on cost is the avg cost being quoted in price trends in magic bricks.
Reason for selling: settling abroad.
