Hi,

Has anyone reviewed Section 13: Disclosure in the Agreement to Sell?

"The developer has informed and the purchaser is aware that as per the scheme of development and sanction of plan vide sanction no BDA/TPM/DLP-79/2013-14/1883/2014-15 dated 16-8-2014, the developer has or may in future relinquish the land earmarked for public gardens and roads to BDA as may be required under the applicable norms and regulations."

Can someone provide more clarity on what this mean, could this affect us in future?
