I am looking to sell my 2.5 bhk (converted to 3 bhk) 1331 sqft unit (11 floor, North East facing). 

Can explore some discount compared to builder price. It is a great unit, the master bedroom was swapped for vastu and great lake view reasons.

The 0.5 study bhk has been converted in to an additional room. the house is technically a 3 BHK.
