This group is created for Arvind Sporcia community to share the valuable information among buyer and other interested people...we can discuss various project related updates,concerns such legal,various tricky clause on booking form and in buyer and seller agreement..even we can share cost of project legal verification  of documents .currently in India there is no strong real estate regulation exist that can have uniform rules for builder and buyer...so in this situation it become very highly important to have group where we can unite and safe guard our interest in advance.
