Can I Download Tumblr Videos !!BETTER!!

Welcome to the tumblr of Mystery Ben, an animator on Youtube (Who recently finished the Animated version of Ghost by Mystery Skulls!). I'm currently using this as a training ground for my art in between video project announcements. Mystery Ben's Youtube Mystery Ben's TwitterOct 31 '23?heilos:
1. go to file > export > save for web (legacy). look at the bottom left corner of the save screen and check your gif size: the tumblr size limit is 10 mb, but i would say try to keep your gif under 8 mb or it might not move!
It's the same for both new and old embed codes, seems pretty annoying. Any way to either upload to the tumblr host and embed as their own video format or at least show a preview...? Putting a still picture with a link isn't what I'm looking for either... The video looks/plays fine on the blog post just not on the dashboard.

The values caption and and array player on are on the Response from querying a video plog post. Not the parameters for adding a new vide post. The section: tumblr.com/docs/en/api/v2#posting contains the parameters you want to use: caption,embed,data (all strings...)
