Upon tender submission, kindly ensure the inclusion of the specified items. Submit a quarter (1/4) kilogram of sample for the Kombat beans grade 2 in a transparent packing bags. Clearly label the bag with your company name. It is imperative not to place the beans samples within the tender

Interested and registered architectural firms are hereby invited to express their interest in carrying out the “Concepts for sports fields in the new land at The School of St Jude, Sisia campus, Moivaro ward, Arusha”.

To be eligible for consideration of your proposal, bidders should submit the following:
i. 2 Primary School size football fields
ii. Integration of the new fields into the existing layout of the campus for a seamless access and pleasing views
iii. The existing huge swampy area merged into the sports fields
iv. A multipurpose court with minimum of;
1. 3 basketball courts, 2 netball courts, 2 volleyball courts, 3 tennis courts complete with the goals for each sport.
2. There must be at least 1 Basketball, 1 netball & 2 volleyball free courts that can be used in tandem at any one time.
3. Other courts to make up for above No. 1 can be superimposed on the existing free courts.
4. Any other sports that can be integrated including but not limited to badminton, tennis, etc.
5. Half of the multipurpose court be covered to be used on all weather
6. Be of hard surface (concrete) fully finished, painted and polished
7. Have its design blend in the existing scheme and theme of buildings in the campus
i. Show a schematic design (not detailed, not structural) of the concept (s). Only the shortlisted concept (s) shall be used for further design development and project construction. St Jude’s shall retain all non-winning concepts and shall at its liberty use any of the non-winning concepts so long as they were paid for.
ii. Have the concept price fixed for a duration of not less than 90 days.
iii. Indicate realistic duration it will take to implement the detailed & structural designs should the bidder’s concept be selected.
After submitting the EOI documents in 1 above shortlisting shall be done by St Jude’s for a period of not more than 21 days. If you do not hear from St Jude’s after the expiry of the 21 days, then consider your EOI not successful.

a) 80,000 kg Kahama rice grade 2.1
To be eligible for consideration of your tender suppliers should submit the following:

c) A list two referees’ companies that you have supplied in the last twelve months (when supplied, contract value, location of the client and contact details;
d) Valid Business license and any other applicable trading licences;

2.1. Quality must meet the standard of our current uniforms and not otherwise, anything less will be rejected, and will be for the expense of the supplier. 2.2. Measuring of students for uniforms is strictly forbidden 2.3. Completion date shall be strictly adhered to 2.4. Payment will be based on the delivery schedule and completion of items 2.5. Samples are to be viewed at the Purchasing Office in Moshono 2.6. Sample checking is mandatory upon delivery i.e name tagging, agreed sizes, material, colours e.tc as defined in this tender, and the cost of tagging is to be included and indicated in the tender Document 2.7. After evaluation: One bidder may be awarded the Contract for Category A (readymade uniforms), while another bidder may be awarded the Contract for Category B (tailored uniforms). Alternatively, a single bidder may be awarded the Contract for both Category A and Category B.
