Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer 

 

Job purpose and Summary

 

To plan and oversee the company’s sales and marketing activities and campaigns,  to ensure that all sales and marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

  

 

Key responsibilities:

 

1. Design, develop and implement marketing strategies that has been approved by the management. 

 

1. Plan advertising and digital marketing for products or services on a variety of media platforms. 
2. See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
3. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution 
4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business, promotion and growth
5. And any other duty assigned by the Director

 

Requirements and skills:

 

1. Proven experience as sales and marketing officer or similar role at a busy private company (preferably in fumigation sector 

 

2. Solid knowledge of marketing techniques, principles and good

understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

 

3. Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics. Excellent

organizational and multi-tasking skills

 

4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

 

5. Creativity and commercial awareness

 

6. A team player with a customer-oriented approach

 

7. Degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration or relevant

field.
