Dear Mr. Masaga,

As per our telephone conversation, we are now recruiting an Office Assistant to join our team in Arusha. EFL is a microfinance company dealing with executives and business people with urgent needs for cash. We are operating in Arusha and Dar es Salaam and we have been in the market for five years.

In view of this, we really need someone with the right attitude and competencies to deal with the kind of clients we are targeting. The candidate we are looking for should have a diploma or certificate in business related field (Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance etc.).  The candidate must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and the right attitude to work in a Microfinance Company.  Experience in micro-financing and competencies in communication skills are key in this position.

Although we are not gender biased, we are actually looking for a lady given the job demands and a need to maintain gender balance in our office. In terms of age, we prefer someone who is 30 years and above. This person must be a resident of Arusha.
