Congratulations for your performance for the year 2015-16 !!!

We are Number One on Total Premium in Branch...

We are Number 3 on No of Policies ( kab ayege pahla number ????)

For Financial Year 2016-17, already April month is over, so 11 months are left.

Some agents have already started for working, alongwith business.  and some are still to start.

Can this year 2016-17, will be a different year, more productive compared to all previous year. 

  What is past, is past, Lets Plan for Future. As your past success or failure guarantee nothing. 

Pl find attached sheets which can help you to plan for this year.   As its rightly said, No body plans to fail, but fails to plan...

Also sending Excel files, which you can fill up and send it back to me before 5th May .. Print pdf files, fill it up and keep it in your daily diary, to read daily,weekly and to have review...

From 6 to 9th May, I am out of station... From 11th may t0 20th may, I will be having 1-2-1 meeting with each one of you to discuss on the this sheets, and finalising the Mutually agreed Business Goal for this Financial Year..
