Get Public Collections

Hello! First I wanted to say I love Artsy and your work. 

Im trying to make an app to show artworks based on public Collections or Categories like

Baroque, Renaissance, etc. But In the API docs, the user ID is required. Is there another way to get this data without accessing a certain user's profile? Thanks.
