Avoid parking fines / WIFI tracker

Hi there,

If of any interest, I put together some instructions on how to build a WIFI tracking and alerting system using a spare Android phone and a Raspberry Pi Zero W.

The case study focuses on how to detect police(wo)men in the neighborhood and get a text message before you get a parking fine (assuming they are equiped with WIFI capable devices).

It can of course be adapted and extended to any other use involving WIFI enabled devices.

That's a first article on a new website I did put in place to publish more technical stuff than on http://saint-clair.net. So probably more variety/articles in here soon.
