Open call for two artists-in-residence

Thoughtworks Art is offering two paid fellowships to join us for the next Mars College in 2023

With two Mars Colleges in the books (2021 and 2022), planning for the 2023 edition has already begun.

For the next Mars, our friends at Thoughtworks Arts are offering two paid artist-in-residencies. These are the first of their kind for us.

The residency will be for the full duration of the quarter (January through March 2023). Artists will develop a project in the context of living on Mars, working IRL with us on our high-tech and low-tech initiatives, while receiving online project facilitation from Thoughtworks. Thoughtworks will give each of the artists a stipend, and we will provide housing (RV, trailer, or other mobile living).
