The LP is looking for a new home by May 1 (negotiable).

Here’s our ideal (subject to reality):

• Big enough for 4-5 employees & interns
• Access to a conference room
• Located in Downtown Brooklyn, Central Harlem or other parts of Manhattan
• Rent of $1250 or below

We’ve moved around a fair bit in the last few years and we’re now ready for a more permanent home. We are very open to co-locating or subletting within another nonprofit’s space. If you hear of anything, please let me know!
