Hi all, 

Just wanted to send a few things out so that no one had to go looking for them! If you have any trouble accessing any of these please let me know. 

First, attached is the financial summary that we looked at during our first meeting. Also attached are the role descriptions for our committee (please note that the assignments might not be up to date since I updated this at the meeting but not since then)

Here is the link to the spreadsheet where we have been keeping track of our venue notes. 

Here is another useful tool for discussing best venue - a map showing dinner attendees (in blue), table purchasers (in green), and our top venues (in red). Keep in mind that this does not show everyone because I do not have addresses for the guests of table purchasers.
