Hi  Linda,

That's great news about Texas de Brazil, thank you for reaching out to them. Do you have a contact where we should follow up?

Great news - Crowdrise has done a ton of updates, the website is live (although it still needs things added/updated, which will be a continuous process) and models are now able to sign up directly on the website, www.arts-for-autism.org Their fundraiser page will be available immediately.

A list of names and roles is a good idea - Alan, do you have something like that already?

Best regards,

Elizaebth

I just wrapped up another call with Crowdrise and they are scrambling to get the site done. The model pages will be up today or tomorrow! I will be calling the models who have already signed up to work on the setup since this year they'll be able to have more control over their pages and will be able to do things like share directly to Facebook, email a thank you to their donors, etc.

Hi Linda,

Thanks for touching base. We definitely need to meet to go over some of this - of the dates Sharon mentioned, Tuesday works best for me.

Crowdrise sent me a draft of the website but I've emailed them back with revisions as there are things that need to be changed. I just sent them an email asking if we could put up the model pages without the rest of the site being finalized - then at least models can share their pages. Hopefully that will work. Alan, did you have any thoughts on that? Are you comfortable with the model pages being set up without the whole site being finalized?

Also I am in the process of setting up interviews for a few of the intern candidates. Unfortunately we have had very few candidates who are available for the full length of the internship so we may end up with multiple interns back to back.

I think Alan was in the process of working on setting up the launch and the model event. Also I spoke with Ono Brewing Company about the possibility of them hosting the Oktoberfest event, but we can cross that bridge when we get to it!

Best regards,

Elizabeth

Thank you Linda for your input and hopefully someone will respond to some of your questions.

If you can call around this weekend for a launch event that would be great.

We are also still looking for dates and times to be thrown out for a meeting per Alan’s email.  So throw some dates out there - I actually can do tomorrow fairly flexible or Sunday in the morning or early afternoon.  Conner has ice skating practice in the later afternoon.  I can also do Monday or Tuesday evening.  As things come up like all of you I will be making plans so please let’s hear your schedules as quickly as possible.

Thank you,

Sharon

Good Morning Team,

I wanted to reach out and touch base on the website for the models.    We are currently losing potential models that's are now getting involved with other charitable organizations.   Also the models we have are getting frustrated with no action to get their sites up and running.

2,  Did anyone reach out to Dykema for potential sponsorship.     I know Autumn is waiting for the model site to be up and running for the model aspect.

3. Where are we for our launch in April ? The event that is done for Autism Awareness month.     This is fast approaching.   If you need my assistance. I can call around this weekend ?

We need to have a action plan set in motion at this point.   Also for the launch is someone collecting raffle items ? If so please let the group know how that is going.

I'm going to finish the designer agreement this weekend.   If anyone like to submit a list of any designers / boutiques you like this year.  Please send to the group.

So far /

I'm contacting

-Mindy lam

-michael Lombard (he said yes)

- david Alexis ( he said yes )

Lilly the first.

Good day everyone. I think it best we reschedule the meeting. We were hoping to have our first meeting face to face to establish time frames, accountability, etc. Sharon and I have discussed this and we will do our very best to be available whenever is best for everyone else. If it is best to meet over the weekend, we can do that and I will supply breakfast, brunch, lunch, or whatever refreshment suits the day and time. Later today I will be sending another email detailing where we stand and what needs to be done. Before we meet I would like to have a brief chat with Linda and Jacquelynne so please send me an email and let me know a time that works for you.

Below is a link to a folder in which we can initiate conversations, store Gala related items, and generally share all that is going forward with the Gala. Everyone has access and the ability to edit. I will start off with some basic folders relating to the several aspects of Gala planning, sponsors, models, designers, etc. General conversations may be started or engaged in within the general folder leaving the sub folders for documents.
