Spirit Garden Productions   Big Sur Spirit Garden Internship Program Working closely with  Founder and director Jayson Fann and the Spirit Garden production team, interns will gain invaluable insight into the daily operation of an International Arts and Culture Center. Producing over 100 shows and over 50 workshops yearly and hosting artists and performers from across the globe,  You will experience  assisting  in  the  production of our shows, workshops and art festivals in addition to studying with master artisans & performers. All workshops are free for interns. Interns will participate in the daily running, management and maintenance of the Spirit Garden, which includes many artistic and creative projects. We welcome applicants from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and from all walks of life and levels of experience.
