So here it is - everyone take a look - think about it - we will be
meeting on April 17th with Rob ... everyone needs to be there. I don't
see any tours so be sure not to schedule any between now and then.

Let's talk about b.Increase Earned Income

If you were at the last meeting with Rob you may remember that he said
that increased earned income was a "secondary indicator" (i think) but
what he meant was that it was a way of tracking a primary indicator or
a goal. So what is the primary goal then?

Is it:
Increase Attendance to Programs
Increase Utilization of ArtQuest Resources

In other words - what does it look like? I almost want to say that is
about establishing credibility in our own community - but it is also
about attendance.

well that day came and went w/o me knowing, didn't it!

i can't believe it's been this long since I've checked the group.
do you think it's working? I just haven't had time in the past 2
weeks, but I'm back.
