Do you really have to go to school to be a great artist?

Of coarse not, though, if you are lacking some composition or design
skills it may be a good idea. Any joe schmoe can be an abstract painter
or a minamalist. Great work dosnt always come from the top art student.
Most artists are starving painters that may never have thier artwork
sold thier entire life, and only after thier death will thier work
become priceless. That is the gutbuster. But its not about the money
right? Sure it is, but without the passion there would be no
satisfaction to your hard work if you have not sold anything.
So keep drawing, keep painting, writing, and discussing art. It is a
fast pace, ever changing world of art out there, and if you are not
with the times, then you are left in the dust. Every day something new
is being developed to speed up the processes of animation. Every day
thee are new and upcoming artists ready to take your place. But if you
keep in your head the fact that there is always someone better, and you
never give up on yourself and what you can do, and you always strive
for excellence, then you will become one of the greats.
