Are you looking for anything specific?

Ann Kullberg has some fantastic books for CP portraits and she also has kits for beginners.   

Alyona Nickelsen and Arlene Steinberg have some excellent books on still-life. 

If you are looking at techniques, Alyona and Arlene both use solvents to blend their CP work. Ester Roi uses a specially designed heated drawing board to blend her colors.
