Creating Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) to analyse spatial and related data

Dear Team,

 

My company uses digital information to analyse hydrological data, particularly in relation to flood risk on rivers.  I have been developing my own ANN tools in Delphi (Object Pascal), as I have been using this language since the mid-1990s and prefer it to Python.  I would be interested in getting in touch with others on a similar path and if your group includes people with similar ambitions, then I would like to join.
