I emailed Prof. Vivekanandan detailing the situation and asking him to give us some dates and times next week that he is comfortable with. Also, given that there aren't a lot of us willing to present, i don't think there will be anything scheduled for today. I called him earlier to try to confirm this but I think he is busy elsewhere and hasn't and an opportunity to figure out the schedule yet. As soon as I hear something from him, I will let you all know. Or sir will email the group directly.

Even if three people get done, that's an hour saved next week and fewer people left to schedule for next week, which is always more workable.
