REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years’ experience in developing Complex IVR applications.
• Experience working on a distributed team.

Skills & Competencies
• Fluent English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Linux and Linux-like environments
• Experience with Spring Boot, Java Web Applications,
• Avaya Experience Portal
• Avaya Voice Portal application development.
• Creation of complex IVR call flows. Integration with Web services, Databases, reading XML files, and config files.
• POM application development
• Integration with Relational databases ( Oracle or Microsoft SQL)
