Tonight I updated access for POP/IMAP from an ad-hoc solution to something
that should support more versions of SSL.* Please let me know if you
have any problems, or if you'd like to have TLS support in addition to
SSL.

* (We went from two stunnels to perdition, which isn't quite the
performance fiend that is nginx's POP/IMAP SSL proxy, but which also
doesn't require non-standard debian packages, and should be fine for our
number of connections).
