Human
Rights & Responsibilities
You
have the right:
1. to responsibly
take part in the leadership of our planet by participating in setting
the rules and laws for humanity's civilization
2. to own this planet
and its natural resources in co-ownership with all humans
3. to receive the proceeds from this ownership via
your share of: global natural resources sold, pollution taxes- and
land fees collected
4. to communicate your opinion to all humans
5. to live in a violence free environment and reject
subordination attempts from any human or organization
6. to move around and dwell on this planet freely,
without restraint
7. to implement the law with nonviolent conflict
resolution by analyzing and mediating disputes between humans
8. to administer the creation and maintenance of
infrastructure that assures your and other humans’ wellbeing
You
have the responsibility:
1. to respect the rights of others, as stated above,
as well as to respect the rights of Earth and its living inhabitants
2. to make sure that your activities benefit your
environment, yourself and life's descendants
3. to constrain your activities by never coercing or
forcing humans to follow your opinion, belief system, or dogma
4. to cooperate with other humans to dismantle all
weapons and detrimental civilization structures and prevent their
recurrence
5. to be guided by majority decisions and to follow
the rule of law
6. to proof your identity when required to do so
The Questions are:
Is there anything missing?
Are they easy understandable?
Are they more universal than the ones
made by the UN?
Please provide your
suggestions
Kind regards
Winfried

Thank you for joining the Global
Leadership Civilization group, where collaboration leads to a new
civilization model. To get you started, please read the brief
participation outline below:
Two types of participation are possible
in this group: simple and constructive. Answering poll questions is
simple and quick, constructive participation needs more involvement.
First, simple participation. Answering
questions from the weekly opinion poll, that will be send by mail to
each group-member, is an easy way to promote your opinion. The
opinions from that poll will be evaluated to modify the wiki pages.
This mailing practice will cease once WiserEarth has its own poll
section operational.
Second, constructive participation:
where you make contributions from your perspective about the
individual components (Human Rights & Responsibilities, law,
constitution, United Humanity, audit, etc.) of our civilization model
under construction.
You may create new topics based on your
ideas in the forum
or contribute to going topics. You may modify wiki
content so that this content better reflects your opinion. You may
contribute new resources (website, movie, presentation, file, etc.)
in the resources
section or in the files section if you believe it would help in
our quest to produce a civilization model.
Please keep in mind that we are trying
to converge ideas to accomplish a final result. Focusing on the final
civilization model without getting lost in extensive controversial
debate is desirable. Considering that there are many different
opinions, it will take time to reach consensus.
Finally, if you know other people who
are keen to remodel our civilization top-down, it would be nice if
you could invite them to this group. Thank you and have a happy stay.
Regards
Winfried
