[Article V :688] Internet Democracy, a convention and a failed system

Please investigate the link below.  I have been conflicting with John H. over the idea of an online convention where "delegates" get to pay $10/month for the privilege of free speech.  I suggest we GET POLITICAL and make our government provide such a service for FREE.  It's part of the infrastructure of democracy which we are currently missing.
