Dear Arthians,

Good evening.
Congratulations to each and everyone as Artha nears it's 4th anniversary.
I appreciate the efforts of all the coordinators and members in making every meeting efficient and effective.

However, there are concerns that need to be addressed and areas, we need to improve in.

1) Please note that a member cannot be substituted by anybody unrelated. It has to be only that person who can explain and educate about member's business very well.

Member substituted by inappropriate people will be marked absent.

2) lot of cross talk is observed during meetings.
P.S
Members/ substitutes involved in cross talk will attract negative credibility by the leadership team

3) Members are not limiting their weekly presentations to their category in Artha
P.S
Members who indulge in other product category in their weekly presentation will invite probationary call.

4) No matter what, Renewals of members is subject to membership committee approval.
P.S
Members are requested to adhere to bni guidelines. Give optimum TAP  ( time, attendance, participation) inside and outside the BNI meeting.

5) Members being in grey and red is not accepted.

Please get in touch with various coordinators and understand how to make your membership in BNI more profitable.
