Queries regd Artha

Dear all,

I had a few queries regarding Artha Aurum, now called Sharanam.

We had booked a plot at the launch and now the Artha executives are calling us to pay the remaining dues and register the property.

Regarding this, I had a few queries:

1) Legal status: What is the legal status of the land, has anyone consulted their attorney on this matter?

2) How many of you have registered the property?

3)What is the sellability of the land? Has any one tried to sell their plot? Have you come across interested buyers?

I would be very grateful for any pointers on these questions. My family needs to make an informed decision whether to go ahead to buy this property or not.
