Aurum Land legal papers and approval verificatoin

Hi,

Earlier, Avinash (artha) told the papers will be available by 15th Dec. Now he is telling 1st week of Jan. I believe we should get the all the legal papers verified by some lawyer. The lawyer will have his own charges. 

I believe, the land papers will be for the whole Aurum land. So, it does not make sense for all of us paying to lawyer to verify the same paper multiple times. Rather, we can form some group and get the papers verified. I want to know if some people are interested in forming a group and getting the papers verified. This will reduce the lawyer's cost per person.

We can find a reliable lawyer for this purpose once legal papers are available. 

Let me know who are interested??

I would be interested too to get the papers reviewed ,  Artha mentioned that the cheque that we gave in Oct will be returned to us and we will have to give another cheque  for Jan15, In this case is it advisable to sign the contract without having the papers till Jan first week .

Wish all of us a very Happy NEW Year. 

Last week got a call from artha rep, to come to their office, for signing of the agreement. Has anyone already signed the agreement? Is it advisable to sign the documents with first verifying the documents? 

Please share your thoughts, and what should be our action on this?

I also received a call from Artha rep to sign the agreement. As of now I asked for and received soft copy of the agreement. Even I am not comfortable signing the agreement without document verification and hence opt for legal verification of documents. Let me also know how you will be proceeding on this.

Yes, It wouldn't be safe with legal verification of documents. I too interested in verification of legal papers. For that if we require to meet, I am open for it.

Artha Neo office, Hoskote, is very far from city. My location is BTM Layout. Hoskote is very far from here.

Can you guys suggest some other location? like Artha office in Marathalli. 

Any other location which is nearer to many of us.

What about club house? I cant see any details about Club house... The total cost include Club house and layout maintenance for 3 years.

Any one inquired about it?
