Hello

Spoke to one of the artha team members. Apparently there is some issue (?legal)with previous land owners because of which there is delay in registrations. 

I feel all of us need to be prepared for long haul flight- as it does not appear registration will take place any time soon.

In the mean time, artha team are claiming work is under progress in artha aurum. Any of you have visited artha aurum? please clarify

Can you give more details on what legal issue. And who did you talk to.
I'm regularly talking to Artha people and they never said there is a
legal issue. So it is surprising that they agreed there is one.

they said there is some issue with land owners. They have not acknowledged that there is legal issue. I suspect they never will.. In my post i have said ?legal issue. 

I have been calling them regularly since past 1 year. every time they keep telling 15 days/30 days etc

This time i got fed up and challenged them directly to which they accepted that there is some issue with landowner. They did not give any further details. 

This some issue could be anything. Considering that it has been a year delay-i suspect it is legal issue. and may i say and clarify that it is my suspicion only.

I don't foresee registrations happening at least for next few months/year. 

Still worse,  no body is actually telling why there is such a huge delay.

therefore i feel we need to be prepared for long haul flight.

As it is hard earned money for me and most of us here, i thought of sharing my views here.

Cancellation may not be difficult (I hope). But the question is, how come such irresponsible reaction from a builder like Artha? do they really need people to withdraw their booking? Finally they are the gainers, if we cancel the booking as enjoyed the money for a year.

What you all think, I am not an expert to find a solution, but seeking some expert opinion for the same. For that, shall we all meet one day, eg: Aug 2nd Saturday somewhere (may be Forum Value mall)?

If you all agree, we can meet in Artha office also, to ask them their final plan. Please circulate the same inside the group, also those who are not in the group whom you know.

Yes, I agree with you. It seems we can only wait or cancel the booking. In both condition Artha will make profit. Probably that's why Artha is not getting the papers cleared. 

I am not sure how to proceed further on this. 

If someone has some plane of approach to tackle this situation, please feel free to share your thoughts. 

Let us meet at forum value mall on 2nd August to discuss on this.

I believe that neither cancelling nor waiting will benefit us. We had booked this earlier when prices were competitive to gain from there. So if we cancel we would loose the investment opportunity of last year. 

We need to talk tough to Artha Management in unity to have this completed at earliest, or give us a final date when they expect the approvals. Not the way they handle us now, by saying next month and so on and forth.

Else, we need to ask artha to give us plots in other projects, at that price of those projects at the period when we booked, so as not to loose on the investment opportunity time. 

These are my personal thoughts. Lets share all our thoughts before we meet, so that when we meet, we can finalize on the agenda to take with Artha Management.
