HI,

I have signed one booking agreement (2x booklet) for Plot no 153, Soveriegn. they have agreed that they will send the same by courier. But not received yet. Like that they have promised many things which is not happened.

Finally when I called, they told in 15 days I will receive it  as it has gone for signing.

Have got the agreement today...they hv used whitener at many places in the agreement...when asked they told that u hv already signed the document..this is ridiculous. .after I handover my copy to thm thy use whtnr n now saying this??...has someone faced this problem?

Have you guys got all the land documents including approved layout plan and individual site allotment letter?

Ask for these docs if you have not received.. to make sure they should not sell same site of land to more than one people. For premium Aurum project still they have no legal documents and they are asking to sign agreement letter which is not right, later if they change the layout plan or site location, since we have already signed the agreement we are bind to take that site. 

No buyers in Aurum whom I know signed the agreement yet. We consulted 2 different lawyers, they told us not to sign agreement at any cost until they don't give all legal docs.

Just think twice before signing any legal documents....

Do you have any information on the agreement or registration of sovereign? Or please share your experience with Artha till now. I am bit doubtful about the progress. So far i paid 2 Lakh without any approvals. As I am out of station, could not even go to them and ask about the status.

They are saying end of July for Sovereign registration. Have not visited the site since 3 months so not sure about the progress there. All i got is purchase agreement.

Artha has not yet started the registration for AURUM, which is their 1st project.

So for Sovereign property, the registration will start at the end of this year.

The other day we called they said Aurum registration will start from 15th onwards...not sure what is going on...

Hi All,

   I had a talk with one Mr Krishna from Artha last day, they are still giving the same response "Due to change in the Govt, we had to re do the entire Approval procedure and we are waiting for the last approval papers" and hence the delay. They have been saying this for close to an year now. To which his reply was "I agree it was our mistake, we also want the money as much as you want the land and this time for sure the registrations will happen by end of the month". And thus the wait continues..
