Is Artha Returning the advance received

I got a call from Artha that they are returning the money they took as advance. The reason they gave is that the owner of the land is not co-operating with them for registration etc. Is this true?

Yes you it happened with me as well. I had paid advance for Artha Sharanam. For the same reason, they returned my money as well. So it looks like it is true scenario.
