Why you have signed the Agreement document without layout approval and site allotment letter?

I checked with 4 of my friends, Artha guys contacted them also for signing Agreement later everyone replied big NO to them.

Please consult any lawyer or friend before signing any land deal related document. People are not so simple as they look.... :)
