Update on Aurum/Sovereign/Midas

Hi,

Any update on the projects? - they have stopped sending the emails as well.

I had a talk with them last week, asked about the following

1. Reason about the name change of the projects
2. Updates on approvals

For point No 1: He replied that 'Name change is their company decision in favorable to the project'. I really didnt understand the strategy. For me , I dont know weather the booking agreement made in name of Aurum or Sovereign is now valid or not , as these names are changed to Sharanam and Supreme respectively.

For point No 2: He replied that Artha is sending updates every month to the reg e mail ID. he told me that my e mail ID may not be in their database. Friend, I have send e mail ID about 10 times during this 1.5 years time. Also I receive some mails too from them. So how to believe them?
As per them, Still they are waiting for DC conversion for Sovereign.

Any new action from anybody in this group, please let me know to join.

Hi,

I had spoken to them yesterday -

He mentioned DC conversion done. Now they are awaiting for the layout approval for Sovereign without which they cannot proceed with any land work.18th they have a meeting with the officials. After that they will need to do other formalities - so eventually December end we will be able to register. 

Regarding emails - What i understand is that they take 2-3 weeks to just draft an email and then throw into trashes. Every time i ask they say mail is being drafted.

Surprisingly Aurum is still not yet registered. I wonder how are they selling aspire project with such bad publicity.

Another new project called Serene has come up from artha group @1800 per sq ft.

Saurabh from Artha group had mentioned that 15th Dec they will come to know the final dates.Today when I called he said that its been posted to Feb.Only in Feb we will come to know. Now I think I lost all my patience.If anyone interested in taking legal action please let me know.

My question is why can't they give us in Serene or Aspire project at same rate as we booked? The price differential???? Aren't we facing the same when they talk about returning the money with some meagre interest rate. will that interest rate compensate for the price appreciation of that area?

hi..

We need to go their office in a group to know the final decision from their end. Its really cheating!!!

Another point, they mentioned in the booking agreement that they will return money with interest, but everybody should understand there may be many clauses in which they can escape from paying interest to us . Moreover we missed an investment opportunity too which never get back.

Hi,

Same day we had gone to their office. They mentioned that it will be done by feb "HOPEFULLY" but they rnt promising that coz its not in thr hands. Same old story!!!

Interest frankly speaking i am not worried but the investment opportunity is what i am regretting big time. All rates in that area has increased more than 60%. 

Incase we want to go to thr offc in a group i am in for that.

We need to turn up in large numbers ~ 10 to 15 people. 

I think we need to escalate this to higher level (like filing complaint or involving media) which may put pressure on them.
