Artha Midas Aspirants

Hi All, 

I went to see the site on Sat Jan25th. Firstly the location is very far about 12 kms from Hoskote flyover around 20 mins journey. However the road leading to the location is quite good and is currently being converted to a 4 lane highway. Midas lies on the Chintamani - Hoskote road. After driving 12 kms, we need to take a left turn and go in for a KM to get Midas. Confident, Nestle and IFB have their property next to it. On the first impression... though a bit far, it looked quite good. Surprisingly even the interior road which detours from main road is well laid. Anish Palms is in the same road as Midas. Am planning to confirm a plot by this weekend. Got few pics, will upload them soon. 

Any Midas aspirant reading this thread, pls reply or call me.

I have also booked a plot there.
Seems to be a good investment atleast for now:-)(fingers crossed). Lets hope Artha is able to get the approvals fast!!

Hi,

I received the agreement copy last month and in that they have mentioned that the sale agreement will be done within 120 days post which penalty clauses are applicable. Did anyone else receive the same?
Also, I spoke to saurabh last sunday and he said all the approvals are expected by August end..not sure how truthfull he was!!

Does anyone else have any updates on midass?? Pls share
